| | | William D. Lohrey, CPA is partner in Lohrey & Associates, which was selected by the National Publication "CPA News" as one of the top 50 CPA firms in the United States. Bill holds a degree in accounting from Oklahoma State University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Texas. His professional expertise covers a wide range including manufacturing, oil and gas, and taxexempt organizations. He is a member of AICPA and OSCPA, and is a Certified Financial Planner. TEACHING In the past, Bill has instructed as an adjunct professor of accounting at the University of Tulsa and Tulsa Community College. He now concentrates his energies on the Fast Trac program, which educates entrepreneurs on the running of small businesses. Bill is a nationally recognized teacher and facilitator and had won several awards and commendations for his work with the Fast Trac program. Additionally, Bill educates members of the community by leading seminars for the St. John’s Foundation, ORU, Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Society of CPA’s, and the Tulsa City-County Library. He is also a columnist for several business and accountancy publications . ETHICS: Bill Lohrey has worked throughout his career to strengthen ethics in the field of accounting. He has served on the AICPA National Executive Committee on Ethics & Behavior, as the first chairman of the Oklahoma Board of Accountancy Sub-Committee on Ethics Investigation, and as chairman of the OSCPA’s Ethics Committee. Reflecting Bill’s commitment to ethics, the Accounting Department at Oklahoma State University selected Lohrey as “2002 Distinguished Accounting Alumnus.” SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCACY Under Bill’s guidance, Lohrey & Associates was recognized by Oklahoma Governor David Walters as the 1994 Small Business Financial Advocate of the year and was selected by Small Business Administration as regional 1994 Small Business Advocate of the year for the Southwestern United States. Bill was elected as a delegate to the 1995 White House Conference on Small Business, and in 1996, he was selected by the Governor for the small business task force to construct favorable legislation. In 1997, Bill co-authored a program for emerging small manufacturers’ tax benefits education. Bill is currently co- chairman of Governors Committee to review all Economic Incentive Programs. | | | | Kathleen C. Lohrey, CPA was a partner in Lohrey and Associates. She was in public accounting for over 20 years and served as controller and Vice President/Chief Financial Officer for two well established oil and gas exploration and production companies. Kathy also trained client and firm employees in the use of automated accounting procedures, primarily software for accounting, inventory management, and job costing and oil and gas operations.
Kathy received her B.B.A in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. She was a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants. She was an active member of the board of the Parent Child Center and has served as President, Secretary, and Treasurer. She was also Treasurer of the Childrens Services Leadership Board and of Southminster Presbyterian Church.

She works with clients in the areas of trust and estate preparation and planning, tax planning, compliance and representation before the Internal Revenue Service. Danna has experience with a variety of industries including small manufacturers, real estate developers, physicians, attorneys, and family groups with extensive business holdings.
Danna received her Bachelor's degree from Central University in Edmond, Oklahoma and her Masters of Science in Taxation from Oklahoma State University. She is an active member of the board of Homelife Association and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants, Tulsa Chapter OSCPA, the Tulsa Estate Planning Forum, Oklahoma Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Tulsa Midtown Rotary.

Lisa is a member of the AICPA, OSCPA, and the Tulsa Chapter OSCPA. She has served as President of the Desk & Derrick Club of Tulsa. She was President and Treasurer of Metro Tulsa Business & Professional Women's Club and is currently serving as Vice President for the Oklahoma/BPW Federation.
| | | | Chris J.F. Crotts, CPA graduated from the University of Oklahoma, with a degree in Accounting and Marketing. He has been with Lohrey & Associates since graduation in 1999. Chris is a Registered Investment Advisor, with a Series 7 license. He has experience in various industries, with an emphasis in real estate, construction, investments and manufacturing. In addition, Chris is a member of the AICPA and the OSCPA.
In September 2007 Chris opened the Oklahoma City office, relocating his supportive and loving family; wife, Amanda and 3 children, Owen, Evan and Ava.
